How it works

Our Sapphire Maintenance Plans are based on annual or quarterly contracts that define a set number of hours each month. We'll provide you custom Servoy development services, tutoring and telephone/email support and problem resolution for the agreed-upon hours every month, and unused hours can roll from one month to the next. You'll receive priority support from an assigned developer (with a designated back-up) who will be thoroughly familiar with your system, your environment and your business. We'll always be there when you need us, even 24/7 if you so choose.
